Characteristics ~ ~ ~ ~
Styracosaurus is one of the most fashionable of the ceratopsians. Having 4 pairs of horns that curved outwards extendingfrom the frill with the topmost pair being the longest. It’s frill had large openings to accommodate for the extra weight bared by the spikes Its nose was equipped with one long lance-like horn that could reach up to two feet long and may have had a curved tip. Stryacosaurus lived in the Dinosaur park formation Parasaurolophus Corythosaurus Lambeosaurus Centrosaurus, Chasmosaurus Eupocephalus Edmontonia and Ornithomimus its predators would have been the Tyrannosaurs Daspletosaurus, Gorgosaurus. Most of the overlapping fossils with Styracosaurus are Lambeosaurus Chasmosaurus and Daspletosaurus.

Old buck features an old buck Styracosaurus overlooking its herd as its offspring loses a matting duel, causing the old buck to show the rival male who's boss.
